By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of Services
Residential Technology Solutions LLC provides residential technology services as specified in your written proposal or contract. Deliverables may depend on construction schedules, product availability, manufacturer firmware, third-party internet or utility services, and cooperation from other trades—factors outside Residential Technology Solutions LLC’s sole control may affect timelines.
2. Client Responsibilities
Successful projects require timely access to the property, decisions on equipment and finishes, accurate information about existing wiring and networks, and prompt approval of change orders when scope shifts. Delays in access, approvals, or provision of network credentials may extend the schedule.
3. Payment
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set forth in your proposal or contract. Unless otherwise stated, quoted amounts typically exclude taxes, permit fees, structural or drywall repair by others, and separate subscriptions billed directly by manufacturers or streaming providers. Late payment may delay work or support until the account is current.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for custom programming and documentation prepared specifically for your project, you receive a license to use those configurations for personal, non-commercial residential use. Residential Technology Solutions LLC retains rights to general methodologies, templates, and tools developed for internal use across projects.
